The 'Simba' is a short and compact form of Fargesia and generally a paler colour than the Murielae. This is an extremely hardy plant capable of surviving summer droughts and harsh cold winters.
A mature Simba will only grow to a maximum of 2m making it ideal for the smaller garden or container.
