The Pleioblastus Simonii is an excellent plant for screens and hedges due to its ability to produce large amounts of culms throughout the Season.

These tall, vertical culms tend to grow in plentiful supply and are able to withstand a multitude of uses. In general it is very well behaved and needs very little maintenance. Simply thin out the older culms and be rewarded with a fresh supply of new ones!
